Important Information

• • • You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
    • Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
    • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other related documents.
    • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country.
• The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
• Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel
• cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

• • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

• • Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
